Graduate of the Department of Food Science and Technology, University of West Attica (2020). She holds a Master’s Degree in Food Innovation Quality and Safety from the Department of Food Science and Technology, University of West Attica (2023). Objective of her master’s thesis was the characterization of a large set of ΄΄Greek΄΄ coffee samples, by the application of innovative, sensory analysis methods. Results of that research were presented at Pangborn Sensory Science Symposium, 2023, in Nantes, France. Currently she’s pursuing a doctoral research on the topic “Low alcohol wines: Definition of consumer preference drivers through sensory and consumer studies, and relationship to composition of the products’’ supervised by Dr. Elisabeth Koussissi.
