Georgios Ntourtoglou is a graduate of the School of Production Engineering and Management at the Technical University of Crete. He holds a PhD from the Department of Wine, Vine, and Beverage Science at the University of West Attica, titled “Study of the Effect of Pulse Electric Field on Beverage Production.” He has experience in the private sector as an industrial production and automation engineer. His current scientific and research interests focus on developing mechanical equipment for environmentally friendly isolation and extraction of valuable components from raw materials, as well as managing crop by-products. His work has been published in various international scientific journals.
