Graduate of the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition at the Agricultural University of Athens (2019). Participation in research programs of the Laboratory of Food Microbiology and Food Biotechnology at the Agricultural University of Athens, specializing in microbiology and biotechnology of table olives. Currently pursuing a doctoral thesis on the topic ‘Assessment of the impact of indigenous yeasts on the typicity of Greek wines,’ supervised by Assistant Professor Maria Dimopoulou. Scientific collaborator during the conduct of the laboratories ‘Wine Microbiology’ and ‘General Microbiology.’ Research activity focuses on:

  • Studying wine microorganisms and their impact on fermentation performance.
  • Application of molecular biology techniques.
  • Interactions among different starter cultures
