Graduate of the Department of Oenology and Beverage Technology at the TEI of Athens (2017) and holder of a Master diploma from the Master Program in Wine and Beer Science (Beer direction) at the University of West Attica (2020) with a scholarship award for excellence. Her research activity includes participation in several research programs, specializing in the study and analysis of aromatic profiles of wines, beers, and beverages through analytical chemistry, as well as the development of aromatic compounds through biochemical and thermal processes. Her doctoral thesis is entitled: “Sensory Evaluation of spirits, with focus on grape marc distillates: Comparison of different sensory methodologies and correlation with analytical chemistry markers of the products.” and is supervised by Assistant Professor Elisabeth Koussissi.
